How do I clean a retainer or aligner with the tablets?
Place one tablet in the cleaning case, add warm — not hot — water, drop the appliance into the basket, and leave it for about one minute. Rinse under running water before re-inserting. Warm water protects the appliance material; boiling water is what distorts an aligner or a thermoplastic retainer.
Can the tablets be used on a night guard?
Yes. Night guards and mouthguards are cleaned the same way, and the basket keeps the appliance off the bottom of the case so the solution reaches every surface.
Is the tablet bleach-free, and does it leave a taste?
