Does a long-term care home need sterilization monitoring?
Usually not — and that is exactly why the order list is easy to get wrong. Many homes do not reprocess instruments on site: reusable devices go to a hospital or a contracted reprocessing service. A home in that position buys no biological indicators, no pouches and no autoclave tape.
It still buys a large volume of infection control and personal care consumables every month. A home's supplies budget is dominated by items that never see a sterilizer: absorbsion products, gloves, gowns, hand hygiene, surface wipes and sharps containers for point-of-care testing. Not doing your own sterilization does not mean you stop buying.

How should incontinence product be specified for a home?
Absorbency is a clinical decision, not a price decision: matching the product to the resident's assessed need is what controls both skin outcomes and total consumption — an under-absorbent product used twice is more expensive than the right product used once. What are the ordering terms?
Three constraints apply to every institutional order, stated up front so nothing is a surprise at checkout:
- Payment at the time of order. CliniEco Medical does not extend credit terms or net-30 invoicing. Purchase orders requiring deferred payment cannot be accepted.
- Case quantities. Products ship by the case; single-unit and split-case orders are not available. Case contents are listed on each product page.
- No silent backorders. If an item cannot ship, you are told before the order is placed rather than after.
