What should be on a clinic's monthly reorder list?
The recurring list almost always comes down to six categories. Ordering them on one reference cuts both the number of suppliers and the number of times a week someone realises an item ran out.

Which products are sterile and which are not?
This is the distinction that causes the most mis-ordering. Being sold in a sealed box is not the same as being sterile, and sterility is a claim attached to a specific intended use.

The practical rule: if the item will touch a wound or collect a specimen, it must be a product intended for that use. A general-purpose swab is a cleaning product, whatever it looks like.
Do I need sterilization monitoring if I only use pre-sterilized disposables?
No. A site that uses only single-use, pre-sterilized items never runs a cycle and therefore needs no spore testing, no pouches and no tape. Monitoring exists to verify your reprocessing cycle. Where that cycle does not exist, the consumables are not needed — and buying them does not make a facility more compliant.
What does the case price work out to?
Case quantities and institutional pricing are quoted per order: wholesale accounts, the wholesale catalogue, and clinic supply lines.
What does it cost per unit at case quantity?

What are the ordering terms?
Three constraints apply to every institutional order, stated up front so nothing is a surprise at checkout:
- Payment at the time of order. CliniEco Medical does not extend credit terms or net-30 invoicing. Purchase orders requiring deferred payment cannot be accepted.
- Case quantities. Products ship by the case; single-unit and split-case orders are not available. Case contents are listed on each product page.
- No silent backorders. If an item cannot ship, you are told before the order is placed rather than after.
