Which items in a family practice have to be sterile, and which do not?
One of the most common ordering errors is assuming that everything white in a box is sterile. It is not. The table states which is which for the lines CliniEco Medical supplies.

If a swab, gauze or dressing touches a wound or collects a specimen, it must be a product intended for that use. Buying general-purpose swabs for specimen collection is both a compliance and a result-quality problem.
Does a family practice need sterilization monitoring?
Only if the practice reprocesses reusable instruments. A practice that sends instruments out for reprocessing does not run its own sterilizer — and therefore buys no spores, no pouches and no tape. A practice that reprocesses on site needs the full set: a process indicator on each pack, a chemical integrator inside, and a biological indicator on the schedule its IPAC programme specifies.

What are the ordering terms?
Three constraints apply to every institutional order, stated up front so nothing is a surprise at checkout:
- Payment at the time of order. CliniEco Medical does not extend credit terms or net-30 invoicing. Purchase orders requiring deferred payment cannot be accepted.
- Case quantities. Products ship by the case; single-unit and split-case orders are not available. Case contents are listed on each product page.
- No silent backorders. If an item cannot ship, you are told before the order is placed rather than after.
