Wholesale account details and terms

CliniEco Medical supplies Canadian clinics, laboratories, long-term care homes, and research facilities from our Toronto warehouse. Open a wholesale account to get case pricing, purchase-order checkout, and easy reordering.

What happens after you send the form

Submit your organisation details — business name, GST/HST or business number, facility type, and shipping address.
We verify and set up your account — usually within one business day.
Receive your wholesale price list — including case quantities and volume tiers. Orders ship on payment before shipment, and we do not offer credit terms.

How institutions buy from us

Case orders — case pricing is shown on each product page; where a case exists it appears as an option on the product page.
Volume discounts — applied automatically at checkout: 5% off 5+ units and 10% off 10+ units. The best applicable discount applies once; discounts do not stack.
Recurring supply plans — scheduled deliveries, see monthly supply plans.
Contract pricing — fixed price lists for 6- or 12-month commitments.
Tenders & RFQ — we respond to written requests for quotation.

Payment and paperwork

Purchase orders — add your PO number in the order-notes field at checkout, or email the PO to alina@clinieco.ca. Your invoice will reference the PO number.
Payment — payment before shipment, for first and recurring orders alike. We do not offer credit terms. Orders are prepaid by card or EFT, or 50% deposit with the balance before dispatch.
GST/HST invoicing — tax is applied according to your province; provide your GST/HST number and it will appear on your invoices.
Written quotes — available before you order, for internal approval.

CliniEco Medical is a licensed medical device establishment operating from Toronto, Ontario. Documentation available on request for procurement review: certifications and regulatory documents.

Institutional buyers often need documented sterilization records. Our free compliance log tool generates a sterilization log from the RCDSO IPAC Self Audit Review Form (v2) field set — no sign-up, export to CSV or print.

Repair mask — professional pricing

A post-treatment sheet mask made for professional rooms: 28 mL of essence per mask, a clinic-grade spunlace sheet at 30–40 g/m², and no fragrance, alcohol, essential oils, colour or cooling agents. Every batch carries a lot number and a certificate of analysis.

Terms

One evaluation case per clinic — it is there to test the product in your own room, not to stock.
Every case leaves our Toronto warehouse with the lot number and certificate of analysis in the carton.
Your own branding on the pack is supported — we go through the detail with you directly.

Can I pay with a purchase order?

Do you charge GST/HST?

GST/HST is applied according to your province and your organisation's registration status. Provide your GST/HST number when you open the account and it will appear on your invoices.

Can I get a written quote before ordering?

Yes. Submit the account form with the products and quantities you need, and we will send a written quotation you can route through your internal approval process.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items ship from our Toronto warehouse, typically within 1-2 business days for Ontario and 3-5 business days elsewhere in Canada. Lead times are confirmed on your quote.

What is your MDEL number?

CliniEco Medical holds Medical Device Establishment Licence MDEL #35334. Licence documentation is available on request for supplier qualification.

Do you supply outside Ontario?

Yes. We ship across Canada, including British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, and the Atlantic provinces.

What is the minimum order for wholesale pricing?

There is no minimum order value. Wholesale pricing is available on single boxes as well as cases, and volume discounts apply automatically at checkout — 5% on 5+ units, 10% on 10+ units.

How long does account approval take?

We confirm new accounts by email, usually within one business day of receiving your details. You can place an order at the same time as applying if you need stock quickly.

Do you ship wholesale orders across Canada?

Yes. We ship from our Toronto warehouse across all provinces and territories — typically 1–2 business days in Ontario and 3–5 business days elsewhere. Orders over $99 (Ontario) or $199 (rest of Canada) ship free under our standard delivery profile.
