Open an account in three steps

Submit your organisation details — business name, GST/HST or business number, facility type, and shipping address.
We verify and set up your account — usually within one business day.
Receive your wholesale price list — including case quantities, volume tiers, and payment terms.

Please include your business name, GST/HST or business number, facility type and shipping address in the message field — that is everything we need to set up your account. Our team will reply within one business day. If you already have a written requirement, a tender document, or a bill of materials, tell us in the message field — we will send a formal quotation you can route through your approvals.

How institutions buy from us

Case orders — case pricing is shown on each product page; where a case exists it appears as an option on the product page.
Volume discounts — applied automatically at checkout: 5% off 5+ units, 10% off 10+ units, and 10% off orders of $500 or more. The best applicable discount applies once; discounts do not stack.
Recurring supply plans — scheduled deliveries, see monthly supply plans.
Contract pricing — fixed price lists for 6- or 12-month commitments.
Tenders & RFQ — we respond to written requests for quotation.

Payment and paperwork

Purchase orders — add your PO number in the order-notes field at checkout, or email the PO to alina@clinieco.ca. Your invoice will reference the PO number.
Net terms — NET-30 available to established accounts after a first completed order. First orders are prepaid by card or EFT, or 50% deposit with the balance before dispatch.
GST/HST invoicing — tax is applied according to your province; provide your GST/HST number and it will appear on your invoices.
Written quotes — available before you order, for internal approval.

In-stock items ship from our Toronto warehouse, typically within 1-2 business days for Ontario and 3-5 business days elsewhere in Canada. Lead times are confirmed on your quote.
