How to Submit a Complaint

CliniEco Medical takes all complaints seriously. As part of our Health Canada MDEL quality system, every complaint is documented, investigated, and tracked through to resolution.

Complaint Categories

  • Product Quality: Issues with product performance, defects, or damage
  • Service: Issues with delivery, customer service, or communication
  • Adverse Events: Any unexpected medical occurrence related to product use
  • Suggestion: Ideas for improvement or new products

What to Include

  • Order number (if applicable)
  • Product name and SKU
  • Date of purchase and receipt
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Photos (for product quality issues)

Resolution Process

  1. Complaint received and logged (within 1 business day)
  2. Investigation initiated
  3. Corrective action plan if needed
  4. Response to customer (within 3 business days)
  5. Complaint closed and documented in our quality system

Adverse Event Reporting

If you experience a serious adverse event related to any CliniEco Medical product, please contact us immediately. We are required to report serious adverse events to Health Canada in accordance with the Medical Devices Regulations.

Complaint Handling Process

All complaints are handled in accordance with our Complaint Handling Procedure (SOP-01):

  1. Receipt: Complaint logged within 1 business day, assigned unique reference number (CMP-YYYY-NNNN)
  2. Acknowledgment: You will receive confirmation within 2 business days
  3. Investigation: Minor complaints investigated within 15 business days; serious complaints escalated within 2 days
  4. Resolution: Findings documented and corrective action implemented
  5. Follow-up: You will be notified of resolution and any preventive measures taken

For serious quality concerns, CliniEco Medical's CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) system ensures root cause analysis and ongoing quality improvement.
