What this is

Class 4 (ISO 11140-1 Type 4) self-sealing sterilization pouches with a dual external/internal indicator — one pouch carries the instrument set, shows steam exposure on the outside and confirms penetration inside. Medical-grade paper on one face, CPP/PET film on the other, with a self-seal adhesive strip and a peel-open tab.

Sizes and packaging

Eight size options, each sold as a 200-pouch box or a case of ten boxes (2,000 pouches). The case price is 20% below ten single boxes. Pick the size that fits your largest instrument set — a pouch that is too small will not seal flat.

Why Class 4 rather than plain Class 1

A Class 1 indicator only tells you the pack saw steam. A Class 4 indicator responds to two or more variables and is designed for the specific sterilization process, so it is the one an inspector reads when they ask how you know the load was exposed correctly.
