Our Guarantee
At CliniEco Medical, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and in original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Within 14 days of delivery
Medical devices that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used medical gloves, masks, gowns
- Sterile products with broken seals
- Custom or special-order items
- Sample packs (individual items from a sample pack cannot be returned separately)
Refund Process
- Contact us at xinjiadiy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Ship items back to: 255 Duncan Mill Rd, Suite 512, Toronto ON M3B 3H9
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the items
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
B2B / Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are subject to separate terms outlined in your supply agreement. Please refer to your purchase order terms.
