Do you sell to clinics without a minimum order?
Yes. Clinics order by the case — every consumable lists its own minimum order quantity. Multi-packs and cases are available at a lower unit price when you prefer to buy in bulk, and you can mix products in one order.
Can I order by the case instead of single units?
Yes. Most consumables have a case option at a lower unit price: sterilization pouches are $9.99 for a 200-pack box or $79.92 for a case of 10 boxes; sterilization rolls are $10.99 for a single roll or $105.00 for a case of 10; autoclave tape is $14.99 for a 3-roll set or $119.92 for a case of 10. Case quantities and lead times are confirmed on your quote.
How much is shipping on a clinic order in Ontario?
Shipping is a flat $15; orders over $99 ship free in Ontario and over $199 in the rest of Canada. A few items carry their own shipping rule — case-priced gloves, sterilization pouches, biological indicators and monthly supply plans — and checkout shows which rule applies to your cart before you pay.
How do I set up a clinic account?
Send us your clinic name, address and the products you need. We reply with pricing and a written quote you can route through your own approval process, and your account is opened at the same time — there is no fee and no minimum volume. You can also order directly from the store without an account.
